A healthcare worker's TikTok post has gone viral after she spotted a woman at a Ross Dress for Less store after she tested positive for COVID-19. The post has garnered a lot of attention online and has sparked a debate. TikToker @eliicoco shared a post of herself wearing a face mask and glasses along to the song Gangsta's Paradise by Coolio. She also wore health scrubs and a jacket while standing in line at the store as she looked off and then back to the camera while shaking her head.

"When you see the patient that you swabbed earlier who tested positive for COVID in the line at Ross," the words can be seen on the screen as the camera shook. The video then cut to the floor where people's legs could be seen waiting in line. The camera turned back to the healthcare worker, who looked off as the screen read, "I told you to stay home and recover sis." She then looked to the other side before the nine-second video clip concluded. According to an updated statement from the CDC, those infected with COVID-19 should be in isolation for five days. If they are asymptomatic or symptoms are "resolving" without a fever for 24 hours, people should then wear a mask around others for five days as well to mitigate infections. More than 1.6 million people have viewed the post so far, and over 200,000 people have liked the video. The situation has sparked a debate among viewers who didn't hold back their opinions on the subject.

One viewer admitted that if they were the healthcare worker, they'd be "livid." Another TikToker thought the poster should have "called her out on it." "I hope she noticed you and was the most embarrassed," one viewer added. A user admitted what they would have done in the situation. "I would have said, 'Hey, aren't you supposed to be home?'" they said. Another TikTok user said this situation is the reason why they "stay home as much as possible." While one viewer pondered a question. "What's the point in getting tested if you are just going to do whatever you want?"
