Kroger has recalled several food products from its stores across at least 15 states, and has also recalled products from several Kroger subsidiary stores across the country since the start of February.
Twelve Hummus Tubs From King Harvest
Kroger subsidiary stores Fred Meyers and QFC across Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington, have recalled tubs of:
King Harvest lemon hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest hummus classic, 10 oz
King Harvest roasted garlic hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest toasted onion hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest Chipotle hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest spinach hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest black olive hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest Sesame hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest jalapeño hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest balsamic hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest sun dried tomato hummus, 10 oz
King Harvest roasted pepper hummus, 10 oz
These products were recalled due to a defect in their plastic tubs which resulted in the potential for a plastic foreign object inside of the containers.
Kroger told customers: "Customers who purchased any of the item(s) below should not eat the product."
These tubs were recalled by Kroger on February 5, 2025. However, King Harvest also had a recall in September 2024 due to potential plastic in the tubs. It is unclear at this moment if this is part of last year's recall, or if this is a new recall for King Harvest.
King Harvest has been contacted via email.

Three DJs Boudain Products
Kroger stores in Texas and Louisiana recalled:
DJs Boudain Hot Jalapeño Boudain, 12 oz
DJs Boudain - Boudain Sausage, 24 oz
DJs Boudain - Boudain Sausage, 16 oz
These DJs Boudain products were pulled from shelves on February 1 due to potentially being contaminated with pieces of a pen.
This was part of a larger recall across Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas announced by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), who called for around 17,720 pounds of boudain sausage link products to be taken out of the stores due to potential contamination.
DJs Boudain has been contacted via email for comment.
Two Gerber Products
Two Gerber products for teething children were pulled from shelves in Kroger stores across Ohio, Virginia, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, North Carolina, West Virginia, Texas and Louisiana.
They were also pulled from Kroger subsidiary stores Dillons, Baker's, Gerbes, King Soopers, City Market, Fry's, Fred Meyer, Ralphs, Food4Less, FoodsCo, QFC and Smith's.
The products were:
Gerber Soothe N Chew teething sticks banana, 3.2 oz
Gerber Soothe N Chew teething sticks Strawberry Apple, 3.2 oz
They were taken from stores due to potentially becoming a choking hazard. Kroger has said anybody who purchased these products can return them for a full refund.
These teething sticks were recalled as part of a nationwide recall announced by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
In a company announcement, Gerber said: "The recall was initiated after receiving consumer complaints of choking incidents. To date, one emergency room visit has been reported to the firm...We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this action represents to parents, caregivers and retail customers."
