Instagram users were reporting another outage Monday following last week's significant crash. Users were tweeting about the outage Monday and there were reports appearing on Down Detector.
The map on Down Detector showed reports were coming from the United States and Europe for the most part.
Users reported that upon opening the app, they saw a blank screen with the Instagram icon in the center but no photos, no stories and no other options to view their own profile or the discover portion of the app.
Users were also reporting issue logging into the app they said.
Some said they were seeing a message that read, "Error. Sorry, there was a problem with your request."
Some users could access their accounts when they used one device but not when they used another they said. The Instagram icon on a blank page was a common theme for those who were struggling to access their feeds and accounts.
Instagram did not immediately respond to Newsweek's request for comment.
This is a developing story and will updated as more information becomes available.
