A flight attendant had a hilarious response to an unusual stowaway that made its way onto a flight.
TikTok user Abigail, who posts under the username @adventures.with.abbie, shared a video of a pigeon that had managed to get onboard, and she took the opportunity to make a joke out of the situation.
She can be seen following the bird through the cabin, saying: "I need to see your boarding pass" repeatedly. The bird makes its way up the aisle and under seats as she follows it around, before eventually exiting via the plane door.
The video was taken at Philadelphia International Airport, Abigail revealed in the caption of the video, writing: "The PHL pigeons strike again," suggesting that similar incidents have happened before.

In fact, in a separate video in August last year, Abigail posted a video of two pigeons on a plane, shouting at them to "come this way sir." In that video, she can be seen following the two birds around, trying to get them off the aircraft.
It is not the first time there have been reports of such a stowaway on a flight. Back in 2021, a pigeon on a flight from Newark to Greece caused an hour delay as flight crew tried to get the bird off the aircraft.
Abigail is one of thousands of people in her line of work in the country. According to career experts Zippia, there are 89,677 flight attendants currently employed in the United States, nearly 80 percent of whom are women.
Abigail's video received quite a response after it was first posted on November 9, 2024, garnering 110,000 views on TikTok, as well as over 13,000 likes and comments from amused social media users.
