The new luxury residence is located in the heart of the city's prime Midtown Manhattan area "where access to the world's best culture, restaurants, shopping, and more is all available as soon as you step outside," Patrick Zhu, president of Navigation Capital Group, the developer behind the building, told Newsweek.
The complex is central to the Big Apple's iconic landmarks, set just steps from Grand Central Station and the new JP Morgan headquarters.
Residents can access a range of amenities, such as a "Zen-inspired" spa, a fitness center, private garden and an exclusive "sky-level" lounge known as The Sphere Club, which features terraces, a reading room with a fireplace, an intimate bar and a private dining room and catering kitchen.
Lyndon Neri and Rossana Hu, the founding partners of Neri&Hu, the firm behind the building's interiors, told Newsweek: "The idea of having both the collective and the individual space is very important in our approach for Monogram New York. The communal spaces within the building foster a sense of social interaction and cultural exchange while the private units provide a refuge for solitude and contemplation."

547 West 47th Street
Set in the vibrant Hell's Kitchen area of Manhattan's West Side, this new development consists of 219 residences over 12 stories. The complex introduced an interest rate buy-down incentive on all studio residences and select one-bedrooms earlier this year, which reduces a buyer's interest rate by two points in the first year and one point in the second year.
Design influences throughout its exterior and interiors honor "the city's industrial heritage while referencing the views of the New York skyline of today," Erikjan Vermeulen, partner and head of architecture at Concrete, the Dutch architecture firm, told Newsweek. Concrete is behind several design hotels and other venues around the world including the citizenM hotels.
The building's "dynamic, sculptural shell" was designed to mimic the duality of the residential interiors, which are both contemporary and functional, Vermeulen noted.

Residents can access more than 30,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities in the building, including a rooftop pool and sundeck with sweeping views of the Hudson River and The Glasshouse, a stylish glass-enclosed library with a fireplace as well as multiple levels of outdoor kitchens, lounge areas and open greenspace.
