A mom from Oklahoma has shared the moment she and her family arrived at their vacation home—only for her already ordered online shopping to have beaten them there.
When they arrived at Perdido Key, Florida, Melissa Beeler's husband Ryan got an unexpected surprise as he opened the door to a pile of Amazon packages Melissa had ordered in advance.

"When your Amazon packages beat you to your vacation house and your husband finds them first," the text overlay reads in the video that has gone viral on TikTok. In the footage, Ryan is visibly stunned, standing at the door with a look of disbelief on his face.
"We haven't even been inside yet and you already have Amazon packages," he remarks, both astonished and slightly exasperated.
When she realized her husband had found the packages, Beeler knew she had to capture his reaction. "Honestly, it was a spur of the moment. When I saw him grab the packages, I thought, 'OMG, I bet his reaction will be funny,' and it was," she told Newsweek.

Despite Ryan's initial shocked reaction, he soon understood: "He was surprised that I already had Amazon packages waiting for me, even though we hadn't even walked inside the house yet," Beeler said. "As a busy mom, he knows I use Amazon a lot, so after the initial surprise of seeing the packages, he totally understood why I got them delivered here."

On its 2023 Prime Day—the retailer's deal event for Prime members—Amazon reported the single largest sales day ever with more than 375 million items purchased.
With over 300,000 views on TikTok, the video gained a flood of reactions from viewers.
"That's when you know u have an addiction lol," said Ashley.
While Elizabeth wrote: "That's absolutely hilarious. I know he was tripping when he saw that."
While others praised Beeler's forethought to order directly to the vacation home.
"Why didn't I think of that? You are too cool!" said qwomen12345. While DrewskiNZ added: "Sir, your wife is spectacular!"
"I think it's funny how many people relate to it. I honestly didn't think much about it when I shared it, but am realizing it's common and makes life just a little easier when you're traveling," Beeler said.
