The traveler was flying from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, to Vancouver, British Columbia, when an issue with the scheduled plane required a different one to arrive.
"The flight was with Air Canada on Friday, June 7," the flyer, who wished to remain anonymous, told Newsweek. "There was some issue with the plane originally scheduled for the flight, and I assume this was a replacement plane brought in last minute."
When he boarded the plane for the two-hour flight, he and his fellow passengers were pleasantly surprised. All of the seats were business class with electric recliners, extra space, and a foldout leg rest.
Earlier in the week, he had received an email saying that the flight was canceled before receiving an update saying it was back on.

I could stretch out my legs; I didn't even come close to touching the seat in front of me," the passenger shared. "It seemed like all the other passengers agreed."
During the journey, a flight attendant was able to shed some light on the situation, telling the passenger that the plane was typically used for sports team charter flights and was likely the only option available on short notice.
"What the image shows is one of Air Canada's Jetz aircraft, which are generally used for charter flights—notably for NHL and other sports teams," Air Canada told Newsweek. "The aircraft was used on a flight between the two cities recently. These aircraft are sometimes used on regular routes based on operational needs."
Air Canada's charter service Air Canada Jetz has been used by professional sports teams like the Toronto Raptors and entertainment groups including the Spice Girls and Bruce Springsteen.
An Airbus craft, the Air Canada Jetz planes have 70 business class seats, a dedicated crew, and even provide personalized seat head covers and customizable business class meals.
After snapping a few pictures of the unusually luxurious flight, the traveler shared what happened on Reddit's r/mildlyinteresting subreddit, where it has gained over 21,000 upvotes.
In the comments, people shared their reactions to the impressive flight.
"This plane is all business, all the time," said iprocrastina. While Pivotalrook said: "I got bumped to one of those flights, it was f****** glorious."
Others said they believed the all-business-class seating arrangement should be standard on all flights. Jonasthewicked2 wrote: "It's crazy to me this is considered wonderful when the standards for room and comfort are abysmal across the industry. This should be the norm imo."
